Tamsui District, New Taipei City｜Coffee Boom（無訂位服務）

Stopped by for coffee and a dessert. Both hit the spot, the tiramisu was very authentic.

Interior is cozy with lots of natural light. The coffee is good. Just a bit disappointed that they only accept cash. Other than that, I’d definitely come back again.

A bucolic coffee-lovers’ respite Coffee Boom is tucked away in a quieter street in tamsui. The menu is comprehensive and inventive. Those already initiated in the subtle delights of coffee tonic, will be relieved to hear the menu includes this holy grail of carbonated drinks. The cakes are above average, well worth trying one or two. The interior is chic with a modern appearance (without being overly complicated). For those who spend a few hours in the shop, expect your olfactory system to be overwhelmed (and seduced), as the aroma of freshly-baked brownies descends upon you!
