Exquisite outdoor views from the second floor and delicious chocolate milk. Would recommend renting a bike through the park then chilling at this cafe for a bit.

Good spot to rest and recharge along the river side bike trail. Has roof deck seating with a beautiful view of the Keelung river and Grand Hotel. It serves crispy dumplings along side the regular selection of coffees. Dumplings were actually pretty good, hot and crunchy.

nice place to chill and get some rest while cycling.
