Shilin District, Taipei City｜Grass Mountain Coffee

As a no-sugar person, I was genuinely impressed by the pinacoconuts (夏雪). But what brought me here to leave a five-star review is the coffee bean I bought. The light-roasted Kenya AA beans are extraordinarily good. The acidity and sweetness are beautifully balanced, making it a joy to be a coffee lover 😌

Nice cafe in this mountain town. I had hot chocolate which was very nice. Probably the best hot chocolate I've had in a long time. The basque cheesecake was nice and creamy with some refreshing pieces of lime skin on top. Prices are fair. The shop is quite small and very bright, so bring sunglasses on a sunny day if you're sensitive to light.

Great decor and ambience, staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Not a very large space but we were able to relax here for a long time. It is not cheap but has the greatest coffee I've had in Taipei so far.
