2022: Finally went back, and even better! There is a kitten downstairs, fish tank, more decorations, updated dividers upstairs, not able to feed cats currently, but more cats! Around 5 I saw? The orange one is the most friendly! Utensils, napkin/tissues, and ketchup are on the table by the door. Great food and delivered to upstairs table, make sure to go before 3pm as they close at 5pm and stop making certain foods I believe (I went after 4pm and it was raining hard). Reasonable prices (I spent over $200 on separate drinks and 3 food items) and the lady explained things to me. Take off shoes before entering cat room, hand sanitizer and temperature machine when you first walk in. I put my purse by the door, since one cat tried to escape again! 2018: Excellent food and the 3 cats are upstairs in a separate room. You can buy them a treat and take off your shoes to interact with them, just be sure they don't try to leave! Lots of space and well decorated! Would love to visit again.
