This place is bustling with people and has a small plaza where you can buy handicrafts, trinkets and other cute stuff. It is also home to the Tsutaya bookstore and the Taoyuan Public Library.

Very easy to visit

1121112 This is my first time visiting here. There is a simple small market on the first floor. We happened to see street performers performing, and then we went to the main library next to it to rest and read. We were in a good mood all afternoon😁. Because there is the Taoyuan Municipal Library Main Building here, it feels like the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store in Taipei has been converted into a library. You can walk your children all afternoon, which is great.
