Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City｜STARBUCKS Taoyuan Arts Zone Shop

This is a nice Starbucks well located by the Taoyuan art center. There is an underground parking lot makes it very convenient. The space is not too big. Unfortunately it is often very crowded. Sometime waiting for 10-15 mins may be needed. The service is fine - not great though. The toilet is very small. Still, it is a Starbucks!
