Overlooks Tamsui river. Has balcony with seating area along front and a side with tables. More tables inside. Cheaper tea than other coffee shops along riverside promenade. Only one or two choices for hot Tea at NT$70-80.

Great view of the Tamsui river. They allow outside food in so you can either share or order off of their menu.
