This place is amazing. The shop itself is tidy and intimate which allows you to interact well with the owner. They have a wide selection of coffee beans and even offer an all-you-can-drink option if you want to try a few different beans while you're there. Keep an eye out for more exotic offerings that the owner might have even if they're not part of the all-you-can-drink menu. There are beans there that you'd be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. Each coffee is brewed to order and then a portion is poured into a tube that is set in ice water. This allows you to try the coffee two different ways. I've had very few if any coffee experiences that can match my experience there.
