Cosy Café in upscale Nangang district. Friendly english speaking staff. Lots of different customizable coffee and tea choices, and also including some cake choices. The seating area outside is also inviting.

This is a cozy place with good latte and desert. Unlimited time with sockets and free wifi. The only shortage is no parking space nearby, neither for scooters or cars. But if you could accept a short walking, it is a quiet and nice place to stay, read or work.
