The creativity and quality at Ink Coffee makes them one of my favorite cafes in the world. I sneak away to their classic, impeccable, and comfortable upstairs for a WHATEVER I DO, whenever I get the chance. I am continually impressed, and even inspired by Ink Coffee.

~5 years later still same vibe, good coffee and snacks and somewhat eclectic but occasionally good soundtrack. Lots of seating.

When ordering hand-brewed coffee, small tasting cups are provided to allow guests to smell the aroma and experience the essence of the coffee. I ordered Yirgacheffe today. It has a rich fruity aroma, a layered taste that is sweet and smooth, and is delicious. whiskey is delicious and sweet. The savory pie has a rich corn soup texture and is delicious, but the price is quite high. The lettuce salad portion is also very mini. It would be better if the portion size could be larger or the price could be more affordable. Hsinchu Literary Youth is a good corner, suitable for leisurely afternoon time, the decoration is warm and the atmosphere is good. The quality of the guests here today are also good, and they are not noisy, so you can relax and read books to experience and enjoy the slow time. The music and lights are also It's right to the taste, the service staff is kind and friendly, and it's a comfortable and enjoyable weekend experience.
