Huge thanks to "Chuck" Chen for taking our group thru the journey of understanding coffee. The presentation was interactive yet informative, and the best part was pouring–over our own coffee (with Chuck's guidance of course!) What a brilliant way to finish the week (4/29/22). A friend brought this corner coffee shop here on a special trip. The windows are bright and clean. Although there are no seats, but I just want to stay longer, so I ordered American takeaway. I took advantage of the waiting time to look around and feel relaxed! Also because of the extra few minutes of waiting, I was lucky enough to get a seat. It is really a cup of lucky American style! After sitting down, I ordered the "Signature Cold Brew". There are aromatic marigolds in the ice cubes. After combining with the coffee, there is a faint vanilla flavor, which is delicious! special! My friend ordered the Kenyan Kaluto and the Colombian Hanami respectively. The Kaluto has a special taste of oolong tea at the end, but it also has a strong sour taste, which is unique! Hanami is also slightly sour, but it has an obvious floral fragrance, and then there is the dessert lemon raw cheese, which is neither sweet nor greasy and has a pleasant sweet and sour taste! Great charming little shop for a good coffee and relaxation!

This store is opened by a young couple. The girl is only 22 years old. She is very simple, kind, and the service is very good. I ordered cold brew coffee, but I didn't like its sour taste. The female boss helped me immediately Find a way to make this cup of coffee drinkable. The chocolate-flavored coffee ordered by my partner is very delicious. What surprised us the most is the painting ability of the female boss. This is an art cafe. Whether it is coffee beans or the introduction of the menu, the female boss draws it herself. I can really feel the boss's intentions. The male boss stays in the roasting room all the time. I can fully feel his focus and love for coffee, and his insistence on roasting good beans. I am very impressed by the careful management of this store. There are not many seats and it is not commercialized at all. If you want to enjoy the clear stream in the city, you are welcome to come!
