Da’an District, Taipei City｜Halfway Coffee

I went there for the first time yesterday and I love that it’s open very late. The people that work there are nice and the vibe overall is very chill so I felt very comfortable. A slight smell of cigarettes if you stay long but other than that I love it here.

It is a good place for visitors who carry laptops to work or who want to read by themselves. The overall light in the room is dim, but there will be lights on the seats, so don't worry too much about the lighting. There is no photocopying paper for guests to make in the menu. Use the blackboard above the bar to look at the menu. Most of them are drinks. Only a few are small cakes or small snacks of the submarine. There is no light meal, pasta or baked food. After that, just tell the boss that it’s fine. After ordering, just go back to your seat. This restaurant only pays after eating. By the way, there will be a movie at 7:00 every Friday night. After 7:00, all the lights will be turned off. But won't drive people away

My fav Cafe in all of Taipei, and there are so many great ones. Not just the great staff or the regulars, but the aesthetic of the Cafe and the vibe late night or during events is special
