More Comments at Google Map▎Store: Tokyo Yuzu Main Store, Taipei Huashan Group ▎Area/adjacent location: Shandao Temple Station ▎ Meal time: 2018/9/27 18:20 ▎ Queue status: None ▎ Ramen Name/Price: Signature Soy Sauce Noodles (W Sheng) / 150 yuan (originally 250 yuan) ▎Configuration: Add B set meal (two slices of char siu, sesame green onion, half-boiled egg) I have eaten a lot of dry ramen, but I still miss Tokyo Yugumi the most Just met the anniversary discount, the price is super good I ordered the signature soy sauce ramen + B set meal The main point of Yuそば is to halve the calories, but still maintain the fragrance of ramen, and there are many seasonings that can be adjusted to your favorite taste Add four circles of oil according to the amount suggested by the store. The char siew is thin but chewy. I recommend adding a soft-boiled egg to make the whole taste smoother. After mixing with the noodles, the aroma will spread into the nasal cavity. The liquid soy sauce coats the thick noodles and locks in the flavor. It feels great to bite into! But you really have to eat it while it's hot, the taste will not be so good after the temperature drops I would give it a 9 out of 10. This time when I came to Huashan Group, it has the same high quality as our restaurant, and the serving speed is also very fast. I really want to come and taste it while the discount period is on!
We're staying at Hotel Resonance and was checking the area out for a good food spot & discovered this gem that's definitely worth seeking out. The Abura Soba is an absolute must-try. A generous serving of 160 grams of noodles is already a lot and filling – then I got the Set B. I wanted to try the spicy kind, but thought I'll just have it on my next visit. To enjoy this dish, you drizzle the noodles with vinegar and their oil. I put some pepper and grated garlic on mine and everything just took this dish to the next level. And don't even get me started on the Chashu – it's hands down one of the best versions I've ever tasted. The pork is so soft and fresh, with a clean taste that's irresistible. The dumplings here are a standout, too. They're some of the tastiest I've ever eaten, with a savory filling that's perfectly balanced. And if you're a fan of tofu, you absolutely have to try the Sesame Tofu – it's creamy, flavorful, and simply delicious. One thing I love about this spot is that it's tourist-friendly. They have an English menu, which makes ordering a breeze. I also like their the service. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. If you're looking to pair your meal with a drink, I highly recommend trying the Taiwan beer – it's the perfect complement to the flavorful Abura Soba.
Visited this ramen store a few times... Please order Set A, with spring onion and egg. It taste really brilliant if you add vinegar and onion, stir it well. It will always provide different flavor according to what you add, surprises me all the time. You can choose from three portions, I usually choose 240g, it’s full but good.
