Toucheng Township, Yilan County｜轉角大腸麵線

The small cute store caught my attention right away. The boss lady was very friendly. The vermicelli noodles are well cooked and seasoned. You can choose plain noodles, with pork intestines or just pork (brown meat). I personally love intestines. You can add spicy or not (of course spicy!). It’s very cheap. I ordered big bowl and its only 50 TWD. A hidden gem in Toucheng, perfect for Chinese style breakfast.

The taste is good, refreshing and not sticky.

Lots of ingredients and delicious food. Highly recommended!
