Toucheng Township, Yilan County｜Yangsheng Hong Qu Beef Noodle Restaurant

Found another winner in Toucheng: BEEF NOODLES!!! So good! I got a take out and ask him to put the noodles into the soup so by the time I ate it the noodles were properly soaked! If that’s not your taste maybe ask for the noodles on the side. So tasty I didn’t add any condiments. He asked me I I wanted spicy and I almost said yes, very happy i said no! Same dish also comes with rice, proper beef stew style! And the best part, I only paid NT100 best value for money so far! He has some dumplings and one or two other things on the menu. Beef noodles most definitely their signature! Highly recommended!!!
