Best pig kidneys with sesame! First time trying eel noodles (ee mian). Loved the pairing of the kidneys with fried garlic, and onion with noodles. Both dishes were really good! Friendly Taiwanese boss who cooks the food. Thumbs up!👍🏻

Ordered the stir fried eel noodles for 110NT per portion. The portion rather small. But you can request to add more noodles with an additional price. The waiting time for me was an hour. Yes, so if you don’t have the time to wait think first before ordering it. The grandpa is the main cook and with grandma and a young lady. The taste of the noodles was 10/10! Don’t forget to add chili powder :) to make it sweet and spicy! When in Tainan eat like a local.

Stir fried eel (kind of) Tiny shop and much more local according to our hosts. MUST GO. This stuff is great. Onions and eel stir fried. Yum yum.
