I drove pass this coffee bar and immediately noticed its minimalistic, clean design. It’s only been open for a month. While I can feel how the shop is still in new and almost feels like a blank canvas, it doesn’t lack personality at all. It reminds me a bit of a couple of the coffee bars I frequently visited when I used to live in the Netherlands. The furnitures may not be fancy (from IKEA) but the experience is far from IKEA’s experience. 😊 I love this place. The owner is friendly and she was patient to explain some of her creatively designed menu of drinks. I will most likely return to check out the other items in the menu. We got an iced latte and iced espresso with pickled plum in soda water (it’s her twist of Sicily Coffee that seems to be popular in Taipei). The espresso was fragrant full and my “Sicily” coffee was yummy. Two thumbs up for their menu! 👍🏻👍🏻
