Visited 3 Jan ‘23. Serves quality locally grown Alishan coffee. Really enjoyed tasting the three processing methods next to each other. Lovely to see the siphon method used for extraction. Happy to get hold of naturally processed locally grown Gesha beans for home roasting. This is an indigenous owned business - great to see the business displaying their culture with pride. Highly recommend visiting if you have a vehicle.

My first impression is that Taiwan is more the country of tea than coffee drinkers. So I was all the more pleased to have a very delicious, aromatic cappuccino in this café today. The best coffee I've had since I've been here! The coffee is grown in Alishan. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the terrace.

The two coffees are delicious and delicious, each with a different taste. , It really takes time to dissolve and taste. In the process of drinking, the first taste + middle taste + final taste will fill the mouth with happiness and satisfaction in place. Then there is time-consuming (8hr) drip coffee. After iced, It has a faint aroma of whiskey, and the aroma is clear and beautiful. We spent time tasting it. The store manager and the coffee girl took the time to browse the introduction.
