Zhonghe District, New Taipei City｜Kengai Coffea

I just moved here from New York. I'm a very enthusiastic coffee person, and I know my coffee taste. So any barista there will offer the best coffee to match your choice and preference. No kidding. On top of that, I don't speak Chinese very well, and they don't speak English very well either, but they still showed the best attitude, super friendly, and open-minded staff. I've been coming to this place for like almost 2 years now. This coffee shop is my favorite place to hang out in the morning for coffee and at night for a beer. I still want to keep coming back to this place every weekend. Thank you!

While you may think this is a nice relaxing café, it isn't that ideal to get some work done. The seating is sparse or a bit awkward. The upstairs window alcoves/benches might seem cosy at first, but they feel a bit uncomfortable after a while. To properly enjoy this place, I would suggest sitting outside on a sunny day. They have great coffee, served with care and pastries, baked with love.
