It’s the first time I’ve come to a long-established coffee shop in Chiayi that even my parents who don’t drink much coffee know—Fusion ヾ(*´∀｀*)ﾉ Different from the general quiet atmosphere, the store has a rare human touch in a coffee shop, and the staff are very friendly. It is quite comfortable to stay for an afternoon, and there are gourmets who know a little about coffee~ The interior decoration is plain and simple. Although there is no excellent background for taking pictures, the coffee provided is quite good. For example, the honey-processed beans in Baja, Costa Rica ordered today are the beans recommended by the proprietress. It smells dry (you can smell Beans that have not been ground) are really shocked by its flavor. In addition to the strong fermented flavor, the taste of the wine that the proprietress said is also very, very obvious after brewing (so fragrant~) The whole drink is very mild and comfortable ※A hand-made iced/hot drink is enough for Europe ( ^ω^) Next time, you must try Yirgacheffe Erika and a very well-known geisha (the one in Emerald Manor! I don’t know how it tastes~)
