A hidden gem in the alley of Tainan. Welcoming atmosphere, professional baristas/owners. Very enjoyable coffees from pour over (daily pick) to a short black (house blend). Sourced and roasted in house. The cheesecake and garnishes are just absolutely astounding, maybe was real hungry then, the delish cake just disappeared without any trace of the crumbs. The owners are not shy of parting their knowledge when it comes to the coffee or the related industry here in Taiwan.
