Hidden gem of Taipei! Delicious coffee, teas, breakfast and cakes. The atmosphere is super relaxed with some chill jazz music. You can spend there easily the whole day just going through the menu (Chinese with some English titles and pictures). Highly recommendable!

Really cool vibe from this refurbished faculty dormitory from the days when the Japanese were present on the island (according to the history in the menu)! Sandwiches, coffee, tea, and desserts are all available and served in a very nice atmosphere. There is also a connection to the Chungwa Senior Care organization which brings in an interesting angle. I like the unique environment and setting. Food, coffee and tea are all tasty. Give it a try!

Very good food, service, and ambiance, although you do pay a little more for it. That said, they support a great cause, and you could certainly pay more elsewhere for a lesser experience. It's a great place for a brunch, chat, or solo reading/studying. Bring your own wifi if you need it, this place is not for long term laptopping.
