I stumbled upon this little gem while exploring the Shilin District in search of freshly roasted coffee. The owner has been running this place for five years and immediately showed a great deal of attentiveness as soon as I walked in. They took the time to understand my preferences when it comes to coffee and were able to accurately recommend the flavors I was hoping to experience. In the food and beverage industry, especially in the specialty coffee sector, I believe it's essential to understand customers' needs. After all, everyone has their own unique taste preferences when it comes to exploring flavors. The owner of this cafe demonstrates a remarkable ability to objectively and meticulously evaluate the flavors of their own coffee beans. It's evident that they put a great deal of thought and care into roasting their coffee beans. I personally highly recommend this place for coffee enthusiasts who are eager to try something special.

I don’t like coffee, so making me like it is the highest compliment, which is what this place achieved. They also made a perfect cappuccino thick with foam and rich in flavor. Equally as impressive was the customer service devoted to customization by soliciting our taste preferences then matching them to the best matching bean. This place shows as much craftsmanship to their coffee as they do to customer satisfaction.

Enjoyed a great lemon cheesecake here. The barista knew a great deal about coffee and asked us about our preferences, and suggested different options based on our answers. We are leaving tomorrow but would return if I could ☺️.
