I deposited some money to my mobile app, and completely forgot the changes when I left the store. Next day, I received the phone call from the staff, saying that they would like to return the money. 5 stars for the services and the nice thorough staff, plus this place is a cozy place that you can chill in the busy station;)

The store manager Jane Wu went out of her way to find me a Taipei City Mug after I checked out over 20 Taipei branches. They were sold out everywhere. She travelled 1 hour outside Taipei to find me one. That's what I call service to the max!
