Not too crowded, and you can pick a CD from the shelf and the owner will help you play it. I like how he greeted me when I entered and introduced me to its menu. There was only one person serving at the time when I visited (2pm-4pm). There are 2, 3 groups of people coming in, the owner still provided his best service. Love this place
