More Comments at Google MapThis café's pretty well-known in Taipei, and it's right by Huashan Park, which is great for folks visiting exhibitions to grab a quick break. They've got a few seats with chargers, not too many though. Also, there don't offer wifi. Since there's no time limit, it's a nice spot for folks to hang out for the afternoon and knock out some assignments or work. I've been here twice already. Usually, the vibe is awesome, but it can get a bit hectic when a bunch of people show up. When it comes to their coffee and food, I went for the flat white and the original-flavored scone. The scone came with either jam or clotted butter, and you could choose your preference. It was a tad dry, but all in all, it had a nice aroma and good taste. My friend tried the one with chocolate chips, and I think it had a richer flavor profile, which made it taste even better. The flat white was kinda on the small side, but man, it was really good. I dig how you can really taste the milk in it! Oh, the service was just alright, not super friendly staff, but it's whatever. I'd totally recommend it if you've got a free afternoon and you're looking for a spot to just chill ☕️✨ The famous Paper St. Coffee Company is just across the street from the entrance of Huashan Cultural and Creative Park. There is no time limit in the store, and several seats have sockets. It is suitable for taking a break while watching exhibitions or catching up on homework on weekends. Because of its famous reputation, there may be more people in the afternoon, and it will be noisier at that time! The taste of flat white is very strong, but it is a little bit smaller than the small cup 🤏🏼 For the scone, I would recommend flavors other than the original flavor, such as chocolate, which has a rich aroma and taste! If you order the original flavor, you can choose between clotted cream or jam. In addition to scones, they also have other items, but they tend to prefer breads rather than desserts such as tarts or cakes. The store is decorated in a modern magazine-industrial style, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide good lighting and allow you to observe passers-by. All in all, it is a good place to relax on the weekend, but the only drawback is that there is no Wifi⋯
Good whipped cream cold drip coffee. Enjoy working here with chill space and great view.
The coffee menu is simple. We got 2 pour overs, both pretty good. The star was the cinnamon roll made with a Danish base. After it was reheated, the butter fragrance stood up to the cinnamon, so those looking for a punchy cinnamon roll might be disappointed. A place reminiscent of a cozy urban cafe. Space is a bit tighter than most cafes, but not uncomfortable. Our seat was right next to the cashier, so we had the crowd noise on one side and the street outside the window on the other. This place won’t make you forget you’re still in the middle of Taipei. In a good way.
