The "place" of good coffee!

Today is hand-brewed Kenya and hand-brewed Vivitanang. The former is a light-cultured product with a bright, slightly sour and clear taste. The latter is a medium-brewed product, thick and slightly bitter. It goes well with the boss’s handmade matcha cheese. The boss is kind and enthusiastic. We spent a happy and short Sunday afternoon.
