Da’an District, Taipei City｜Angle Cafe'

Bright, minimalist industrial space — really good for working. No wifi password needed, no time limit. Shoegaze dream pop indie rock was playing when I was there. Several chiffon cakes on the menu + good pour-over ☕️ selection, color coded by roast. English-friendly.

I visited this cafe with a friend two weeks ago. I got an americano, as well as a matcha strawberry cake and a fresh strawberry cake. The strawberry menu is only available during strawberry season, and I recommend the matcha one. Because I am a foreigner, so I believe Stuff's attitude is quite nice; they are very patient in understanding my broken Chinese accent. I will more often go to this cafe for sure👍🏻

Super cute cafe that sells a big variety of delicious cakes, and also really good coffee and tea. Atmosphere is great, comfortable seating, and nice staff (that was able to give great recommendations for an indecisive customer). Typical prices of an upscale cafe ($150 NTD+ for most drinks, ~$130 NTD for cakes). Good for doing work.
