Da’an District, Taipei City｜Martinez Coffee

If you’re looking for a fast cup of coffee, this is not the best choice. But, it is if you’re looking for premium coffee at a premium price. When coming in, I did not expect to pay $12 USD for a cup of quick coffee. Though it was tasty nonetheless! I had the Puerto Rican, didn’t know of the famous Indonesian one or I would have got that at that price.

A very peaceful and quiet cafe when i visited on a week day late afternoon. They offered Kopi Luwak which is probably the world's most expensive coffee. I ordered without thinking much and well, i like it ! The interior of the cafe is nice to spend some time for reading a book, too bad they closed earlier than normal that day

Definitely a must visit for all coffe lovers living in or visiting Taipei. We ordered two dessert Tiramsu , blueberry cheese cake, salmon quiche and Yemen brewed coffe. All of the items tasted amazing, the tiramsu portion was big and with the right level of sweetness and I won't exaggerate if I say this is one of the most tasty blueberry cheesecakes I had in taiwan. Coffe is even on another level of goodness. The coffe is hand brewed carefully and the taste is so distinct and rich. Desserts price are surprisingly low and the brewed coffe cost between 250 to 350 but it was worth it The ambiance was pretty relaxing and the shop owner is pretty nice and will take his time to answer all your questions about coffe types and recommendations 😀 Bottom line it is a must visit
