Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Coffee Underwater

Went in the afternoon of a Monday. There were other customers but the space was designed to not feel crowded. Indeed there was wifi, and lots of charging spots. The ice Americano was delicious. It had an acidic taste that was rounded by a caramel, slightly bitter taste. The Lorraine quiche (onion & bacon(?)) was also light and satisfying.

Beautifully decorated cafe that serves a unique blend of coffee. The barista takes great pride in his concoction. We ordered two of their signatures drinks: Cucumber and Amber. The Cucumber coffee tastes refreshing (recommended to have it with ice). The Amber coffee is aromatic with a tinge of citrus flavour. We also shared a raw lemon cheese tart. It is light but delicious. We spent slightly more than 409NTD between the two of us. Bonus: There's WiFi and power plugs in the cafe if you need to do remote work here.

Love the environment here, very calming, quiet and comfortable. Barista is very nice and explaining their menu in details. I had a whisky cheese cake and a hot latte. Love them both.
