Pleasant neighborhood cafe a few minutes walk from the Marriott. They have toasted sandwiches for quick bites (had the cheesy German sausage) and coffee is good. Proprietor/barista can speak a bit of English but menu is in Chinese and they only take cash, FYI for tourists.

Awesome music taste and sandwich taste awesome!
