The male waiters are kind and courteous and have an excellent service attitude. Last year (just 10 months ago), the attitude of the service staff was cold and unfriendly. The service attitude needs to be strengthened. The front line of the counter is very important. This group of service staff is really not friendly (‵﹏′). It’s like whether going abroad is fun or not depends on whether the team leader will lead the group. It’s very important, very important, very important, say it three times.
