Five stars to the girls and guys working there. Regardless the fact that they are serving a whole library of ten floors, they are always working super hard and with a smile. Sometimes you have to wait because of how many people are there ordering, but this is a management problem, to which I would suggest to send more help during the weekends. Or straight out invest in another smaller branch in the vicinities? I would also suggest to get in touch with the library management and ask them to put their large group orders (from the administrative office I believe) one hour in advance to avoid long queues and show consideration for the other customers. It happened just once so I am not sure it's a recurrence...
