If you are looking for a cafe that only serves Taiwanese coffee beans in Taipei, this is the one! It has variety of single origin beans with light to dark roast, and the interesting part is they serve small portion of ice coffee even you order the hot one. It made me feel like a lab, and of course the taste is amazing :) Their recommendation is to try the ice one first to enjoy the flavor, then the hot one.
