Food and meat is great, but too long waiting line! It seems like the 2nd floor wasn't open if it is not rush hour, even when you go here around 10-12pm, you will get around 6 waiting lists. If you wanted to grab a quick hotot lunch/dinner, I wouldnt recommend as every single person here takes their time to eat very slowly, with their many meats on their tables. Also they don't provide ice cream like other hotpot places, only slushies.

The ambiance is good and the food is great but the service is excellent.. being a migrant worker here, not fluent in Mandarin, it's a big plus for us that the staffs assist us the best they could speak in English. The price are also reasonable and what I love the most , the ingredients are fresh.

The drink machine (Cola, Sprite, Orange Soda, Lemon, Black Tea...) has extra fruity healthy vinegar, but...it's just so-so You can also eat all-you-can-eat white rice, but the rice is hard... (It was like this twice when I went there, super hard) Soup base: Vegetarian soup (not boiled water) / Dragon bone soup (delicious MSG bone soup) / Spicy soup (supermarket soup base package?) Bottom of the pot: no ingredients / only vegetables / vegetables + hot pot ingredients Meat is the source of happiness I don’t think you need to order super-priced meat (come here to eat Wagyu?).
