I was going to eat pickled fish, but when I walked to the entrance of Haidilao, I was fished in; the ice cream in the waiting area was delicious, and the manicure service was not lined up, but there was a seat soon, and my waiter Qian Yi was very good. Not only did I respond to my request, but also offered to help me adjust the seafood sauce. Although I am a newcomer, the service is professional; the ingredients are very fresh, and the face-changing is also very interesting. Although the price is not cheap, it is still very good.

We visited on 6 September 2023, 11.30am - 12.30pm. We were very impressed by the service standards and food quality. If i write his name correctly I believe we were attended to by a young gentleman called Ling Chen. We thank him for his efficient and attentive service :)

The most famous hotpot restaurant in Taiwan! Their customer service is top notch, the food was delicious and their ambiance is quite good.
