Nice hotpot place near our hotel. We actually booked the wrong date and they still able to give us seat within 10 mins. We order a big plate of beef and it was very yummy. Highly recommend this place.

The dining environment vibe feels really nice. We ordered the sour cabbage pork broth base and the spicy pepper base which were both excellent. I personally preferred the sour cabbage one over the spicy pepper one because I thought the pepper one was a bit too salty. The salmon was perfect, the tofu was excellent. Veggies are fresh and the tofu rolls hit the spot. We ordered the taro balls which were also quite good, you could really taste the taro flavor. They also gave white fungus drinks at the end which was really refreshing. I’m excited to come back and try more next time.

Chin Huajiao is my go-to place for hot pots. The environment is nice and the ingredients are fresh. They offer free refills of soup, ducks blood, tofu, and pickled cabbage. One comment – there used to be fresh grapefruit juice but they replaced it with a bottled one. It doesn’t taste as good.
