Most of the fish products are mainly Taiwanese ingredients. The first floor is a seafood area, and there are also cooked foods to choose from. The underground floor is a small farmer's shop and shabu-shabu. The overall feeling is very rich and there are many choices. The oysters I ordered today were very fresh and sweet with a squeeze of lemon juice, and they had no peculiar smell. Other sashimi are also of a good standard. The thick-cut black tuna has no unpleasant taste. The wasabi provided by the store is freshly ground and does not taste spicy. The halibut fin has a refreshing style, the meat is fresh and tender, and the portion is large. The most delicious thing is the sea urchin hand roll made from horse dung sea urchin. In addition to the sweetness of sea urchin, it also has the crispy texture of seaweed. It is really delicious. In comparison, the steak was mediocre, not that it wasn't delicious, but the sashimi was better. The included soup is made from minced fish and has a rich flavor, making it a highly recommended dish.

Great experience and excellent service. You get to pick out your own live seafood and how you want to it cooked. We went for a lobster and they steamed the tail and prepared the rest in a delicious miso soup. The sushi selection was pretty big, super fresh, and great value. Definitely recommend for a group of friends to celebrate an occasion!
