I ordered the original beef stone hot pot. After putting it in the pot, I fried onions and garlic first. The whole soup was sweet, rich and delicious. The vegetable ingredients were similar to those in Shi Erguo. The portion was fresh enough. I personally think the beef slices were good, but I thought it was a bit too little. Slices, if you are a big meat lover, you may want to order more. The staple rice can be upgraded to lard rice for an additional 5 yuan. I didn’t feel the same this time, so I’ll give it a try next time.
