The broth is really clean, transparent but tasty. It shows that the broth was cooked by natural ingredients without the abuse of oil. I have to give credit to the quality of the raw ingredients. They are fresh and delicious. The oysters are juicy and the meat are tender. Five star no doubt. Sure to comeback several times.

Very nice hot pot restaurant with homemade broth, satay sauce, and ingredients. You must try the taro meat ball and real shirmp paste. I will come back to eat again many times. Highly recommend!!!

If you're looking for a very traditional Taiwan Hotpot in Kaohsiung, you should definitely give this place a visit. Unlike most hot pot stores, most of the hotpot ingredients used here are in-house made, making it all the more delicious.
