Excellent food, very helpful service as this was our first hot pot. A large portion for the price, thanks! The servers are very helpful with the process, but just in case this is a quick rundown of the hot pot: To access the restaurant you'll need to enter via the hotel below on 1F and take the elevator up to 2F. For 2 people 1 hotpot (+2 sides) is probably enough for most - we ordered two and loved it all, but it was a lot of food! Kimchi etc is unlimited as well. Don't forget to turn down the heat on your broth if the liquid is running low. You order via a qr code, make sure you see a tick that the order has gone through, otherwise you may see a pop up asking you to try again (we didn't realise this as it was in Mandarin!) They don't accept MasterCard payment, so if this is your only payment method make sure you have cash. A great time!
