Milk soup is tasty, however kimchi soup is not sour and spicy but bit sweet (not a fan). Tofu pudding is bit too sweet, will ask for half sugar next time. Overall is good and not pricy.

Jiafen Hotpot mainly serves desserts such as bean curd and hot pot, and there is already a long queue before it opens. The hot pot comes with rice, glass noodles, and eggs. The vegetarian version has three flavors: original kombu, fragrant milk, and curry cheese. The contents are simple and basic ingredients: a large amount of cabbage, king oyster mushrooms, pocket mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms. , kelp, tofu skin, cheese slices and a small piece of Jiafen’s signature tofu pudding. Although the ingredients are very simple, the soup is really delicious, especially the milk pot. It is very fragrant and has just the right saltiness, making people unable to resist one mouthful after another. After drinking it, you don’t need any sauce at all. The price of a pot is $169 and you feel full after eating it. The value is very high. Jiafen's selected tender grass jelly includes sweet potatoes, taro, taro potato balls, and peanuts. The grass jelly tastes smooth and tender, and the peanuts are cooked just right. It tastes sweet when paired with taro and sweet potatoes.

You can use the self-service method to get your own sauces and utensils. The milk pot is a must-try, the soup is very rich and there are beancurds in it! The portion is quite large and I feel very full after eating it! You can also add some tofu pudding at a discounted price, which is a great deal! However, there are many people during meal time, so you need to queue up early, otherwise you will have to wait in line for the second round.
