North District, Taichung City｜298 Nikuya 燒肉-台中創始店

Wonderful Japanese restaurant in Taichung! We were the first people from Europe visiting Nikuya and we got a warm welcome from the staff :) Most of them speak English and so they could give us good advice about their menu. Our food was being grilled right in front of us at the bar, and together with my Sapporo honey beer it was a tasty experience!

Comfy and clean environment. Friendly service. A wide range of food choices. The meat quality is extraordinarily good. If you’re looking for affordable Japanese barbecue, 298 won’t disappoint you! Will be back for sure : )
