Hualien City, Hualien County｜鬼斧燒烤屋

Came here thinking that they have Ayu 春魚，but they didn’t. However, everything else is great for the price. My favourite is definitely the grilled intestine. They opened it up so it is grilled crispy inside and out, while still retained the fattiness. Awesome texture. I went a little nuts ordering and the staff kindly suggested to reduce my sashimi order to $400 (still big portion). Definitely would’ve wanted to have this place as my neighbourhood bar :) Oh, out of the three sprinkle option the one with Italian spice is surprisingly the best 👍🏻

Their Nigiri and grills are great, and the shrimp Uramaki is amazing.

Very neighbourhood friendly feeling , the food is great, almost everything we order is very nice , very worthy. Definitely coming back again
