It's a fantastic store; they even have meat catered explicitly for your pet (you will need to preorder because it's limited.). The lady recommended I try the US Prime Petite because I wanted the meat to be tender. The beef is well-seared, and it's pretty tender. Unfortunately, I had to do some errands; else, it would be much hotter and would taste better. It’s a pretty thick piece of meat! I am still amazed at how they can produce a nice steak in an open environment—well done!
