Very friendly chefs that make you feel very welcome and have great explanations for all the dishes. Food was very well balanced and the seafood tasted very fresh. The rice with salmon roe and uni was a great surprise and the flavors were amazing. Book in advance, the best seats are by the counter.

This is an excellent Japanese restaurant in Taichung. It has excellent food options all of them made right in front of you. The staff is very friendly, helpful, efficient, and competent. The service is prompt, professional, and efficient. The food is simply delicious, healthy, and tasty. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. It is certainly worth a visit if you are in the neighborhood
