They provide barley tea at each table, allowing you to sip tea while perusing the extensive menu, which includes a variety of options like cold dishes, grilled items, sushi, fried delights, steamed dishes, and stir-fried treats. The chawanmushi is delightful, with each ingredient maintaining its distinct flavor. The tempura ingredients are fresh, and the batter is crisp without being too thick. The grilled salmon rice balls come highly recommended for their rich flavor and the aroma of crispy rice balls. The sashimi and sushi are both delicious. After your meal, they serve fruit and red bean soup, a satisfying conclusion to your dining experience.

A wide selection of family-style Japanese restaurants. The sashimi is cut generously and the meat is tender, and the grilled salmon belly/scallop/flounder are all lightly seasoned without taking away the umami of the meat. The materials used in the hand rolls are also very real, the baked oysters are not small in size, and the fresh steamed samurai is small but tender, and even the stir-fried vegetables are very large. The two were very full about 17xx. I found this Japanese restaurant accidentally because I was traveling in Hualien, and I think it's good. recommend!
