I didn't have any hope at that time. Little did I know that Benkei really lived up to his trust. This pot is table service. First stir-fry the monkfish liver at the bottom of the pot, then pour in the miso stock and cook. The skin of the monkfish is thick and chewy, the meat is also elastic, and the soup of the whole hot pot is delicious. In addition, the grilled mackerel that night was also cooked at the right temperature. When it was served, the oil was just forced to the surface, making it shiny and delicious. Human-like (eat me, eat me, eat me!). Finally, I highly recommend Benkei’s service spirit. To be honest, it may not be cost-effective for the store to buy an angler fish specifically for my crooked chicken. He could just tell me directly that it is not available. But when they finally called me to tell me, I was quite touched.
