Authentic Japanese food with reasonable price. Bright environment and warm atmosphere. It was definitely my favorite restaurant in Hsinchu! Sushi, fish and seafood were fresh and awesome. Miso soup was tasty and free of charge. Beef, side dishes and BBQ were also amazing. Remember to make a reservation in advance cause it was really popular. How kind and friendly the staffs were. Highly recommended!

The store is clean and there are two seasonings on the table, seven-spice powder and soy sauce. The self-service miso soup has two flavors. You can add chopped green onion, beef and fish. It is rich in ingredients and delicious. The a la carte golden kimchi has a crisp taste and good aroma. The hand rolls tasted average. The tempura has a springy texture and you can eat a lot of flowers, which is fresh and sweet. The beef skewers with snowflakes and green onions are juicy, fragrant and delicious. The salt-grilled pine skewers have solid meat. The salt-grilled beef donburi has a solid texture and moderate saltiness. With the nearly half-cooked hot spring egg, the combination of rice and meat is smooth and delicious. At this price, it is a great value. The comprehensive seafood bowl is fresh and delicious, with four kinds of sashimi and scallops. Mochiyaki is delicious and is great as a final dessert. The salmon rice balls are delicious, cute on the outside, and solid on the inside. The salmon is evenly distributed between the rice grains, and the surface is burnt. It tastes like eating a little crispy rice, and the rice balls will not fall apart easily and stay together.

One of the kind restaurant serving delicious seafood. Best I’ve had in Hsinchu. Surprisingly not expensive 😮 They are also great for the bbq and beer. If u want to visit in busy hours, Id call them first. Often it’s super-packed. Both food, environment and service are top-notch.
