One of the best Japanese food I have had in Chiayi!! Stumbled on this restaurant by chance and it turned out to be the best!! The food is carefully crafted you can tell by the taste that they combined together in one dish. The grilled salmon Don has a smoke fragrance and the rice under is a little sour. Paired with sweet shred tofu skin and tamakoyaki giving such a great perfect combination. Another dish not to miss is Vinegar Cod Liver. I was so surprised how I didn’t smell any onions as I don’t like fresh onions. The taste is savory and a little sour. The cod liver is salty, so it goes together so well. I will comeback again for sure!!
